Eligibility Conditions

●        Applicant must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years old at the time of application

●        The qualifying examination must have been passed between 11 September 2024 and 10 September 2026

●        The qualification must be from a full time regular course at a recognised institute or university

●        Part time, correspondence, distance and online mode qualifications are not accepted

●        Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible

●        Candidates who have already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship training anywhere are not eligible

●        Candidates with one year or more of job experience after the qualifying course are not eligible

Selection Process

There is no written examination and no interview for this engagement.

3.                   Document verification of shortlisted candidates in a one to five ratio

4.                   Medical fitness certificate and police verification

2.                   Complete the portal profile to full and upload every required document

3.                   Open the POWERGRID website and go to Careers followed by Engagement of Apprentices

4.                   Read the regional advertisement for the state you want and confirm the trade wise slots

5.                   Fill the online form using your NAPS or NATS registration number

6.                   Upload documents and submit the form before 10 September 2026
