NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has released Advertisement No. 04/26 to fill 147 vacancies across eight Engineer and Executive posts in the Renewable Energy (RE) segment. The engagement is on a fixed-term basis for 3 years, extendable by up to 2 years at the organisation's discretion. • Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognised university/institution (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in Geotech/piling/foundation/structural steel/tower structures/switchyard, etc. Candidates with RE experience are preferred.
• Job summary: Civil system design, technical specifications for regulatory compliance of solar, wind and other RE projects, contract management, quality assurance, equipment erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M of the RE station.
• Age limit: 35 years.

NGEL Engineer (RE-Electrical) Recruitment 2026

• Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Electronics/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification executive experience in switchyard/electrical testing/transmission system/transformer/design/engineering. RE experience in the plant/engineering domain is preferred.
• Job summary: Electrical system design and technical specifications for solar, wind and other RE projects, contract management for equipment erection, installation, testing, commissioning and O&M.
• Age limit: 35 years.

NGEL Engineer (RE-Mechanical) Recruitment 2026

• Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering/Production & Industrial Engineering/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Preference is given to candidates with an ME/M.Tech degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification executive experience involving supervision/execution in power generation (Thermal/Gas/Hydro/Nuclear/Renewables). RE experience is preferred.
• Job summary: Design and engineering of mechanical systems for RE projects, site selection, tender documentation, AutoCAD drawings, vendor drawing approval, supervision of equipment installation and O&M, and processing of statutory compliances.
• Age limit: 35 years.

NGEL Executive (RE-Human Resource) Recruitment 2026

• Qualification: Graduate with at least a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Programme in Management with specialisation in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, or MHROD, or MBA (HR) with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification executive experience in HR functions/Industrial Relations. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Data Analytics is preferred.
• Job summary: Statutory labour-law compliance for RE areas, recruitment and onboarding, employee benefits and compensation, site infrastructure development, CSR execution around RE sites, and land acquisition/lease payment matters.
• Age limit: 35 years.

NGEL Executive (RE-Finance) Recruitment 2026

• Qualification: Qualified CA or CMA.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification executive experience (excluding articleship period) in Finance/Accounts.
• Job summary: Vendor invoice processing and payments, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.), preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as per IndAS and SEBI LODR, statutory/internal/government audits, costing, budgeting, financial projections, resource mobilisation, working capital management and payroll accounting.
• Age limit: 35 years.

NGEL Engineer (RE-Safety) Recruitment 2026

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks (55% SC/ST/PwBD) plus a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Regional Labour Institute/institution recognised under the Factories Act/Rules; OR a full-time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with at least 65% marks from a university/institution recognised under the Factories Act/Rules of any state.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification executive experience in safety, preferably in the power or manufacturing industry (Govt./PSU or a private company of repute). Post-qualification experience is counted from the date of acquiring the engineering degree. RE experience is preferred.
• Job summary: Statutory safety compliance under the Factories Act, developing/auditing/improving factory safety systems, safety-consciousness promotion, machinery/equipment/building safety inspection, emergency management planning, and organising safety and fire-fighting training and mock drills.
